Dr. Steve Rempas
Founder and President
Webster Dental Care was founded in 1976 by Steven Rempas, DDS, and didn’t add its second office until 1985. Since then he has grown it to multiple Chicago area locations. His strategy is continued expansion through acquisition of offices in the Chicago area. Webster Dental Care has the goal of continuing to acquire several offices, while also building an executive office and training center.
Chief Operating Officer
Steve Kavetsis joined the team in 2017. Steve has over 15 years experience in management consulting, primarily in the field of healthcare and life sciences. He has held leadership positions with global consulting firms including Deloitte, Accenture, and Slalom, and specializes in strategy and operations, innovation, and market development.
Steve, his wife, and his two sons live in Chicago and enjoy tennis, skiing, and traveling.
Neesie Lampman came to Webster Dental Care in 2004 in Patient Services after having been a dental assistant for 13 years. She quickly was promoted to Manager of the Portage Park location when it was purchased in 2006. In September 2016, she was promoted to District Manager where she is directly responsible for the Chicago and North Suburban locations. Beyond her role as District Manager, she oversees our insurance management protocol and provider credentialing processes.
Suzanne Livingston serves as District Manager of the South and West Suburban offices of Webster Dental Care. She started in dentistry in 1983 specializing in scheduling, insurance, accounting and patient relationship building with Dr. Nelson & Dr. Garry in Hoffman Estates until Webster Dental Care purchased their practice in 2008. Beyond her role as District Manager, Sue has led the development and evolution of our patient experience management and patient services training program.
Eddie Camana has been with Webster Dental Care for 8 years. He started as a Dental Assistant at the Portage Park location. He is now Webster Dental Cares Clinical manager and is responsible for developing the clinical staff. His goal is to create a culture of highly experienced staff throughout all the locations.
Julie Burton is the Clinical Trainer at Webster Dental Care. She joined the company as a dental assistant in 2012, and has over 18 years of clinical dental experience. Her areas of expertise are General Dentistry, Periodontics, and Endodontics. Julie’s primary responsibility is ensuring that all clinical staff have the required knowledge, skills and behaviors to provide our patients with a first class experience. She works to develop custom training solutions in the offices based on identified training needs for new hires and all existing Webster Dental employees. Her passion is enabling the clinical staff to reach mastery levels, and empowering them to become leaders in their field.
Dorian Lewis joined Webster Dental in 2018. She brings 49 years of comprehensive dental experience to the team. Dorian began her dental journey in 1970 working for a local Chicago dentist after school and on weekends. She worked while attending college and remained in dentistry discovering it had become her passion. She has functioned in every facet of dentistry including dental assisting, marketing, management, educating staff and patients, and decades of dental implant consulting. Dorian was also instrumental in developing multiple locations in the U.S. and Canada for a major dental implant start-up. In addition, she is an active member of the Business and Professional Women’s Foundation, and The American Association of Dental Office Managers.
Director of Hygiene & Clinical Development
Kim Fasula joined the Webster team in 2020 as the Director of Hygiene and Clinical Development. Kim has more than 30 years’ experience in the dental field and has held a multitude of roles including a practicing provider, administrator, researcher, and educator. Kim earned a BS in biology from Loyola University, as AAS in dental hygiene from Kennedy King at UIC College of Dentistry, both an MS and MPH from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and is about to complete a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction in Health Professions Education from UIC College of Medicine. She is a member of multiple advisory boards and committees on local, city, state, and national levels. Kim remains passionate about providing optimal patient care and lives by the motto: “Allow your passion to become your purpose, and it will one day become your profession”
Jackie Van Meter
Jackie Van Meter leads the Human Resources Department at Webster Dental Care, and has been with the company since 2019. She oversees all areas of Human Resources, with a focus in Benefits Administration. She also collaborates with the Leadership and Management teams to expand the corporate culture and ensure that Webster Dental remains a top workplace in the Chicago area. Jackie is a graduate of Lewis University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management.
Tina Grammatis serves as our Operations Assistant within Webster Dental Care. She works directly with all our practices and alongside our senior management team to ensure operational efficiency across all our locations. She has extensive experience within property management, HR, accounting and recruitment. She has supported small to large companies throughout the Chicagoland area.
When she is not a work she loves spending time with her family, friends and furry son. Tina has a passion for shopping, traveling and figure skating.
Theresa serves as the financial controller for all Webster Dental Care locations. She has over a decade of experience in managing complex financial transactions and oversees all day to day operations within our financial accounting department. She has been working with us since Spring 2015.
Theresa is an avid Cubs fan and in her free time she volunteers at Misericordia.

Webster was founded in 1976 by Dr. Steve Rempas on Webster Street in Lincoln Park. Within a few years, the Webster name was synonymous with quality comfortable dentistry by a doctor and team that cares. That passion and commitment was valued in the community and so Webster began to grow to larger, more accessible and accommodating offices and locations.
We were pioneers. We believe in bringing care to patients by connecting with Specialists in the area to one central office, making it more convenient and comfortable for you, the patient.
We grew. We believe in this model and this approach and slowly, strategically acquired other practices in the Chicagoland area to bring care to a wider population.
We believe in quality over anything else. We are doctor owned. That says a lot in the market today and is a testament to our belief that care is best delivered when the patients’ needs aligned with the doctors recommended treatment are essential to a successful relationship.
